Gabrielle Mollo Hartley | Attorney


Attorney Gabrielle Hartley has negotiated settlements in more than 2,000 matrimonial cases, including many that were highly-contested.  She is a current member of the Massachusetts Council of Family Mediation and is trained in Collaborative Law. 

Attorney Hartley practices family law as a litigating attorney, collaborative lawyer and mediator, both in and out of court in Western Massachusetts, including Hampshire, Hampden and Franklin Counties.  She is also admitted to practice law in New York and available for mediation and collaborative divorces in New York City and other parts of New York State.

Attorney Hartley graduated from Cornell University in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science.  She graduated from Brooklyn Law School in 1995, where she was on the Editorial Board of the Journal for International Law.  During law school she worked for the New York City Law Department on behalf of the New York City Housing Authority.  Attorney Hartley served as Principal Court Attorney to a judge in New York State Supreme Court dedicated to hearing matrimonial (divorce) cases.

Attorney Hartley has been practicing law for fourteen years, with twelve years in private practice.  She was admitted to practice in New Jersey in 1995, New York in 1996, Massachusetts in 2004.
