Better Apart Divorce Mediation:

The path to a peaceful out-of-court divorce
and a healthy post-divorce life for you and your family.

Each Week, I Make Available a Limited Number of  Consultations Focused On Answering One Important Question:

Is a Private, Peaceful, Fair and Reasonable Divorce a Possibility For You?

While many people choose the risky, expensive and stressful path of court for divorce, there is a select group for whom that is not a desirable option. Instead of choosing a route that leads to increased friction, animosity, aggravation and expense, these couples choose the path of mediation to move through a divorce more quickly, more calmly, and with better outcomes that are acceptable to everyone.

If you are looking for a disinterested third party to validate that you are “right” and your partner is wrong, you will not find that down this road. That is only available from a judge. With that option comes the risk that the findings will not be in your favor.

Mediation allows for everyone’s needs and issues to be addressed in a calm and sensible way with the goal of reaching a solution that satisfies everyone.

If you want to explore whether that is a possible option in your situation, then I invite you to reserve one of the available consultations to find out.

By the end of the consultation, one of three things will most likely be true:

  1. You will know that online divorce mediation is not a viable option for you, if this is your situation your case, I will be happy to point you in the right direction for an option better suited to your needs.
  2. You will know that, while online mediation is a viable option for you, your situation is not a good fit for the services I provide.
  3. You will know that receiving my help for a successful mediation and a private, peaceful, fair and reasonable divorce is a possibility for you. At this point we will discuss possible options for collaboration.

To reserve a consultation time, please book below. The fee for this consultation is $275.  Please note, prior to booking you will be prompted to answer a short questionnaire.
